A 74 m Lebanese cargo ship, gutted by an engine-room fire in Aqaba port in 1982 and scuttled on 16 November 1985 as Jordan’s first artificial reef. She lies on her port side across two reefs, from about 10 m on her starboard side to 26 m in the swim-through beneath her.سفينة شحن لبنانية بطول 74 م، أتلفها حريق في غرفة المحرك في ميناء العقبة عام 1982 وأُغرقت عمدًا في 16 نوفمبر 1985 لتكون أول شعاب اصطناعية في الأردن. ترقد على جانبها الأيسر فوق شعبتين، من نحو 10 م عند جانبها الأيمن إلى 26 م في الممر تحتها.

The guided dive lasts about 5 minutes: down the mooring line to the stern and propeller, past the bridge and funnel, over the open holds to the main mast and the coral-covered crow’s nest, round the bow, under the hull through the swim-through, and back up the starboard side to a safety stop on the line. Tap Sound for underwater ambience.
